Congratulations Tim!

There are some really successful renderings in the final update. Showing the context and taking the eye level into consideration goes a long way to validate your design. Overall the drawings convey a sense of an active, dynamic urban space/building that corresponds to your topic and is appropriate for the site.

Looking back on the process of how you got there it seems that your progress happened on a conceptual level (matrix to clarify agenda)as well as on an attention to design details, which include the perception of the people who experience the building. In this studio I argued that these levels are closely related and you now have demonstrated that you can address them and integrate them into your design process.

Please let me know when you will be available for a final phone crit this week.
